Our June Fitness Challenge will incorporate the following:

Health and Wellness Workshop held in Washington DC and will be available via Instagram Live for all members who cannot attend. We will discuss the importance of:

• Eating balanced meals
• Stretching before and after workouts
• Proper form

In addition, we will take all participant measurements during this time and give out handouts with clear directions on our challenge.

• Weekly Workouts sent directly to your inbox
• Meal Plans with recipes sent directly to your inbox
• Saturday morning outdoor boot-camp classes (location TBD)
• Weekly Check-Ins (either in person or via online)

Winner will be based on who lost the most body fat percentage based on their weight.
