Get Fit With Mahi And Luwam- June Fitness Challenge

Are you bored with doing the same old workouts? Do you lack consistency and motivation to get active?  Are you looking for a fitness tribe that will hold you accountable and make you test your limits? Are you confused with what to eat when it comes to your healthy living journey?

If you answered yes to any/all of my questions, then you, my friend are in for a special treat. Our upcoming fitness challenge will inspire you to get moving and stay active! It has something for everyone and will incorporate both fitness and nutritional guides that are bound to keep you on the right track even after our time is done.

I love everything about fitness challenges because they help me achieve my healthy living goals and motivate me to keep going. I’m also extremely competitive, which works in my favor when it comes to challenges.

We go through different full body exercise so that you will never get bored and offer delicious meal options to eat every day. Everything you will experience has been tried and really works. Back in February of this year, I started eating balanced meals and added more strength workouts in my routine. The results have been unbelievable! I’ve lost 14 pounds plus 4% body fat. Most importantly, I feel amazing. I want this for you!

As a personal trainer, I’m blessed to help people meet their fitness goals, and I love seeing clients get excited when they achieve something they thought was never possible. That’s why I teamed up with Mahi from Active Fitness to bring you the best fitness challenge you will ever join! Get Fit with Mahi and Luwam has it all:

1.     Weekly workouts with video direction

2.     Meal Plans that will teach you all about eating balanced meals

3.     Boot Camp classes every Saturday in VA and DC

4.     Kick-off workshop – Get training on:

·     proper form

·     importance of stretching before and afterworkouts

·     difference between eating balanced meals and dieting

We will take all your baseline measurements and pictures during the kick-off workshop. For those participants that live outside of the DMV area, all communication will take place via email. For more details go to Eventbrite link.

I must stress this challenge is beyond being fit and getting results! It’s about learning how to be disciplined and going after what we want. It’s about never giving up on ourselves and learning to balance life. Do this challenge with us, show yourself that you can do it, then take the discipline and consistency you learn here and apply it to other parts of your life.
